My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable with comfy beds, despite being a bit small, which is quite common for hotels all over Europe. The service was exceptional, with incredibly helpful and friendly staff. The location was brilliant, conveniently close to the train station and within walking distance to the town center. Dining was a highlight, offering a great selection of fresh and local dishes. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious with high ceilings and modern furnishings, making them very comfortable. However, they needed renovation and were a bit cold and damp at times. The service was exceptional, with super-friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to assist us, especially regarding early morning needs. The location, right across from the railway station, was convenient for exploring Bolzano, but the noise from the road affected my sleep quality. Dining was pleasant, although the breakfast was a bit limited. Overall, a good value for money stay with some room for improvement.
